Reports say that Tom Green is in serious condition after a minor car accident, but it's not the car accident that put him in the hospital.
Tom's Mercedes collided with a pick up truck in California but just after that accident three men jumped out of the truck and beat Tom up pretty badly.
Paramedics say Tom was unresponsive when they arrived on the scene.
Thoughts are with Tom Green...
