Michael Phelps was involved in a car accident last Thursday. The police said there was no alcohol involved, there was no field sobriety test given because they didn't feel it was warranted.
Phelps did say however that he had one beer about an hour before the crash.
No one was hurt (his face has always looked like that) and it was the other chicks fault, she will be cited for not obeying a red light and causing an accident.
